ANIMAL HEALTH SALES EXECUTIVE | NSW

International Animal Health, a leading family-owned manufacturer of animal health products based in Western Sydney, has been at the forefront of the industry for over 30 years.
The Role
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to a portfolio of existing clients
- Identifying and securing new customers
- Driving revenue growth within your territory by introducing innovative products and solutions
This role requires a passionate individual who can operate independently as a trusted advisor in the field. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting, profitable client relationships. A strong understanding of horses and cattle is essential, along with the ability to connect with both rural-based clients and corporate customers. Your success will be closely tied to your ability to network and conduct product training sessions for customers.
Please note: This role covers a large rural sales territory and will require frequent travel, with up to three nights away from home each week.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A proven track record of growing revenue from existing accounts
- 3-5 years of sales experience, with solid knowledge of horses and cattle
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets in a rural B2B environment
- A consultative sales approach
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently
- Is willing to travel frequently, including overnight stays
- Takes ownership of sales targets and consistently delivers results
- Focuses on developing and nurturing strong client relationships
- Is dedicated to acquiring significant new business opportunities
